The following GTC apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively aimed at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products.
You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the products contained in the shopping cart by clicking the order button.
Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.
- Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text
The contract language is German.
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our GTC in text form.
- Delivery Conditions

Delivery exclusively by shipping, no collection
No delivery to packing stations

Prepayment (delivery after receipt of payment)

SEPA direct debit (charged before shipping, pre-notification at least 1 banking day)

Invoice (payment within 14 days, subject to credit check)
All prices are final prices. Where legally required, they include the applicable VAT of the delivery country.
Where legally required, the VAT incurred in the respective delivery country will be remitted by commissioned third parties within the framework of the Import One-Stop-Shop (IOSS) procedure.
- Warranty and Guarantees
The statutory liability for defects applies. Additional guarantees are indicated product-specifically.
- Shipping, Refunds, and Vouchers
Refunds are exclusively made in the form of a voucher.
A refund to the originally chosen payment method is excluded.
The voucher is valid indefinitely and can be redeemed for all products; no cash payment will be made.
Exclusion from the right of return
Excluded from the right of return for reasons of hygiene and health protection according to Section 312g (2) No. 3 BGB are:
- Hair styling products that cannot be hygienically reprocessed after use.
- Oils and other liquid care products that have been opened or used.
Important note:
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies exclusively to unopened, original sealed products.
For returned but opened or used products, we will instead issue a voucher for the value of the goods.
We ask for your understanding that we are obliged to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
- Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure.
