The statutory right of withdrawal according to § 355 BGB applies exclusively to consumers with a delivery address within the European Union.

For orders with a delivery address outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland), there is no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns from non-EU countries are exclusively on a voluntary goodwill basis.

Note on hygiene articles

Certain products in our range are hygiene articles.

The right of withdrawal according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB does not exist if the hygienic seal has been removed after delivery or the product has been used, as resale is no longer possible for health and hygiene reasons.
